  • Annual memberships – 185 (membership fee raised to $500)
  • Heritage Hog raised by Noah Janzing and sold at the Junior Livestock Auction for $85,150
  • $1000 scholarship awarded to Heritage Hog raiser
  • Portable panels bought in partnership with the 33rd Agricultural District
  • Electrical work in Arena concession area completed
  • New pump and pipeline for new well installed
  • Implement to work sand in Arena purchased

  • Renovated of Riverside Room (formerly the Poultry Building)

2014 Projects Completed

  • Annual memberships – 186
  • Heritage Hog raised by Sarah Nino and sold at the Junior Livestock Auction for $73,873
  • $1000 scholarship awarded to Heritage Hog raiser
  • New sand brought in for the arena and track
  • Upgraded sound system in the grandstands
  • Replaced circuit breaker under grandstands
  • Obtained water truck
  • Obtained large tent for special events
  • Renovated Pavilion including: new roof, walls with new windows, entry, interior lighting, floor, foundation, exterior and interior paint
  • Repaired 4H Building including insulation of roof , in partnership with 4H
  • Replaced Manager’s house and garage roofs and fencing
  • Well improvements continue to be made including casing the well, and the installation of a new submersible pump into the back-up well
  • Improvements and repairs to all kitchen facilities on the property
  • Met 1 million dollar pledge by the Robert & Crystal Bianchi Family

  • Enlargement and remodel of the women’s and ADA restrooms in the pavilion
  • Investigated functionality of the back up well for water supply
  • Unified color scheme used to paint the grandstands façade, art building, and U-barn
  • Maintenance updates made to the sprinkler system at Bolado Park Golf Course
  • Renovations made to the NEW Heritage Foundation Room including flooring, paint, and A/C (formerly known as the Blue Room)
  • Creation of a Site Plan for a more functional lower picnic area
  • Sand donated for warm-up area by arena

  • Expansion of the board of directors broadened community representation
  • Heritage Foundation gave appreciation and informational dinner

  • Foundation sponsored Hospitality Area at the Fair
